Return & Exchange Policy

At Leeuboer Clothing (Pty) Ltd, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• All original tags must still be attached
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale or clearance items
• Custom-printed or personalized garments
• Caps and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@leeuboerclothing.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
